I am taking Sinemet 1/2 , after every 4 hours, but now I am feeling very severe side effects of Sinamet. feeling dizziness, vomiting, sensation in right body part, freezing right arm, muscles, right neck, right part of brain. kindly see my prescription and tell me how I can be recover. and can not understand how to take sinemet and sinemet extra.
immediately reduce dose of sinimet, 1 daily at nite. if not better, consult online
u should stop taking sinemet if u are feelng side effects...Meanwhile u have to take Tab motilium and nuberal forte....
take it 2 times a day or 3 times a day.. then increase it gradually as the concerned dr has advised. take it 12 hrly initially then 8 hourly

Only concerned doctor will better tell u about dose or change the medicine.
On other hand, notice ur diet either u r not taking iron filled food and protien diet with Sinemet. Dont stop it but immediately consult ur neurologist.
meat and milk are main source of protein and iron, beans, all red vegetables and green leafy also, dont take any medicine with milk, juices, soups etc, bcz they potentially make reactions with the liquids we intake with medicines.
Take milk and other liquids, meats apart from time of medicine time.

I am asking about how to take Sinemet extra 100 mg with Sinemet 275mg.
Take this prescription note again from ur doctor, may be doctor has forgotten something or noted down in double dose.
