if u are positive for h pylori , a course of 14 days of antibiotics is recommended to eradicate it... u can use these medicines...these will treat ur symptoms...but symptoms can come again if h pylori is not eradicated.....
H pylori is treated after testing Hpylori stool antigen and the course of treatment is 13 days with tripple regime ,I need your report to give advise

You need antibiotic course for a week atleast. Yes , u May continue these medicines but A visit to a gastroenterologist for proper management
