Asking For Brother, Male 28, Rwp
My brother remained TB patient when he was 6 years old but got treatment and recovered, he has spits sputum always but his TB test comes normal, he contracted Covid two weeks ago, got checked in Kulsoom International hospital and Dr said that he has recovered from Covid in 7 days only after taking Azitma 500 mg, surbex Z and CaC100, now he is again coughing dry cough and sneezing plus he sweats a lot, too much sweating and this sweating issue is a bit older he remains lethargic and off and on he experiences tachycardia upto 170 beats plus his saturation drops to 84,85 for fraction of a sec and then goes up to 90 and above. Kindly guide us what's happening with him and which Dr we should consult for him. We have only one brother, need help. Thanks

Take him to Emergency Right Now. He might need intensive care.

He needs to undergo chest xray as soon as possible along with some blood tests that include TSH and Cbc with esr

Firstly he needs physical examination with a pulmonologist and Internal Medicine specialist.
As maybe this persistent cough , n fluctuation in cough might be due to fibrosis causing increase in secondary pulmonary hypertension
