Hello....ideally her blood pressure should be 130/90 mmHg
•But keep in mind that she has to lose weight and have to control her blood sugar levels with in normal range.
•She should not sleep on her back rather should sleep on her side or on her tummy. Use nasal decongestatnts is needed.
•She should avoid using anti anxiety drugs, any sleeping pills
•There is a thing called nasal pillow mask do some research on it and consult with your primary physician about it. i will attach a picture just so you get the idea.
•As these multiple co- morbidities have a very bad outcome if not kept in range.
•Take good care of your mother take every step to keep her healthy and do as much effort as you can.
GOD BLESS...........!

Normal blood pressure for such patient should be upto 130 systolic and 80 to 90 diastolic. For sleep apnea she should avoid all those medicine which cause sedation. Always sleep in lateral position (right/left),use pillow.. Never sleep straight
Normal Blood pressure range for Hypertensive patients should be 120-139/80-89 mmHg.
But do consider this that blood pressure increases with each kg of body weight. So first of all be in touch with endocrinologist to have her hormone profile checked and dietitian.
Secondly obstructive sleep apnea can lead to multiple issues including heart problems so be vigilant to decrease her weight and some exercise or even yoga can help.
Meanwhile get her checked by an ENT specialist remove the obstruction if any.
i hope it will help.
Obstructive sleep apnea is associated with obesity. First control weight with diet and exercises. Normal blood pressure for your mother is 90/140mmHg diastolic/systolic.

Aoa dear,
Dietary management is too much important for your mother right now. Basically your mother strongly needs to consult dietitian because she is severely obese and also hypertensive diabettic patient. It may leads to CVDs so a proper diet plan is necessary with medication. You can consult me by booking appointment through marhma so that I might be able to working on it. JazakAllah.
