I Don't Know What Is This.

Question

After I ate my lunch yesterday. I feel like the roof of my mouth get this thick feeling, so I checked it. I ate the rice without re-heating it, while the soup is heated. Is this will fade away on its own?

No i dont smoke, i dont drink alcohol also, when I'm touching it with my tongue there is no pain. But when I ate cold serve just now. when I'm sucking the popsicle there is pain. Not very painful. But when I checked it again the white thing has been removed. And there were some look like holes.

Thats the only one on the top. Happens after when I ate. Before I posted here also about my right cheek has 2 or 3 white spots, and then some small bumps under my tongue. They are painless.

yes I remember u had complaints of similar white spots inside your cheeks..and now more...
looks like oral thrush.
u need to get your dentures checked from your dentist.
boost your immunity with vit c supplements.
don't overuse your mouthwash.
good oral hygiene.
u should take antifungal lozenges for 2 wks.
