if bleeding continues then get it examined by surgeon. meanwhile you can take deflon 500 mg three times a day for 5 to 6 days.

One time bleeding se no need to worry. Get it examined by a surgeon so that we could know whether it needs to get operated or not.
bleeding ki reason spicy food ya constipation ho skta hy. its not telated to medication. better to avois risk factors, dont take spicy foods, use laxative syrup, gtn creme , tablet daflon 1000mg tds for 4 days, then bd for 3 days then 500 mg bd for 3 months.
Can you let me know if the hemorrhoids are coming out? If they are, do they get back inside by itself or do you have to put it inside manually using fingers? And is it painful?

First of all you should do grading through a checkup. Bascially piles have 4 type. type 1 and 2 are treated conservatively while 3 and 4 need surgery. 2 types of surgery we do. so kindly book your appointment to have a proper view of the disease
