She’s Having Highly Raised Level of Creatinine , and Urea As well .!! Which shows that she has got Very Uncontrolled Diabeties for atleast More than 5 Years , Secondly She’s Having Raised Urea level which could lead to Uremic Encaph.!!

On very first She must report to Nephrologist & strick Diabeties Control

Secondly Till than she must use Lexatives Like Duphalac 2TSF x TDS .

Water intake should be reduced .

And in the last This History is enough to treat the patient exactly.!

She also must consult some Good Opthamologist in town to Rule out Diabetic Retinopathy.!

You need to consult a nephrologist and diabetologist. As reports says she need urgent treatment for kidney functions.
