Asalam o Alikum i have a leopoma Inside my right Cheek. I'm worried. please tell me what can i do, or tell me medicine. I'm from Faisalabad.

M sorry did you mean lipoma? Can you please describe your symptoms?

W .salam dnt worry is your lipoma causing u cosmetic demage then u must go for treatment but if it is not then dntwory , there is no specific medical treatment for lipoma only surgicl treatment available . If u want to excise tht lipoma consult a surgean nearby
First of all it needs a physical exam
Secondly if its lipoma then go for biopsy
Treatment is usually surgical that is excision of lipoma. No other treatment needed.

Send pics of lipoma as its a surgical related issue. so if its lipoma then get yourself check up but it's not any emergency if its not painful and not increasing in size. So you can wait
how can you say it's a lipoma..face is not a common site for lipoma..n there is no medical treatment for it..plz tell what are symptoms.? what its size .?is it increased in size or any other related problem. so that I can give you further treatment or advice

It was small before. It's grown up now. It doesn't hurt. I read about it being fat.

you have to visit any hospital with emergency surgery facility. They will take its biopsy, may be after ultrasound swelling, and will remove it.
Wsalam u mean to say lipoma well it should be surgically removed u need to see a surgeon thankyou

lipoma no need to do anything if it is painless
it u feel pain in it and increasing in size then consult surgeon
First of all dnt panic!lipomas r mostly benign(non cancerous) and secondly it doesnt need any furthur treatment if its nt causing any symptoms
u need detail evaluation.. book an appointment for further management and work up
