Please help my social life is very disturbed, suffering from lower ano fistula due to anal fissure surgery (jan-2020) since 10 months pus got thick over time but stool discharge and pus always keep me down whole day, im using Tronolane cream bit better but still slight pain while passing gas. i just want to know about its fix without cut. Thanks in advance
for fistula u should consult with a surgeon. till than u can use mixture of lignocaine and gtn gel on the area of fistula. Second if u have constipation use syp lexaberon 4 spoons at night. but this is just a temporary thing do consult a surgeon on priority basis.

You should Consult a General Surgeon in person. Anal Fissure and Anal Fistula are Treated only by Surgery. You can use Antibiotics and pain killers for symptomatic relief. Use laxatives and Ispaghol Husk to relieve Constipation if any. Maintaining good hygiene should be top priority.

thanks for your query..continue using trenolene cream and take vegetarian diet and avoid constipation by taking syrup laxitol and if ur pain and ur complaint didn't settle then u will have to consult back ur surgeon and may be he will perform re do surgery
im so sorry you have to go through this. unfortunately fistula in ano can only be treated surgically. The medical therapy is just to relief symptoms.
it's a very pain ful situation. have u not visited ur Surgeon till now. better u should consult ur Surgeon meanwhile continue ur medication.
dear you should consult good gen surgeon so it should treat on time otherwise can be worse day by day due to puss and infection .
