what's the age and is she taking medications?
The reports show osteoporosis and disc degeneration at multiple levels. You need to consult neurosurgeon.
ALSO NEEDS U/S KUB and Urea, Creatinine, Electrolyte levels.(UCE)
Based on the labs that are attached and history get consultation with orthopaedic surgeon.

She is deficient in VitD and calcium.Given 6 week course of coclecalciferol 20,000 unit twice a week and also start her on regular calcichew.There is osteoarthritis and slight impingement in her lower back but i dont think she should be considered for surgery however can have spinal injections if pain is really bad.It would be better to get an opinion from spinal surgeon/orthopaedic

Vitamin D needs to be replaced, medicine needs to be given to lower the uric acid. pain and nerve medicine needs to be prescribed. Call me I shall give you appropriate medicines and pain will inshAllah be improved.
You should have her started on vitamin D and calcium supplements. Also, she needs pain augmentation.
She should consult A Rheumotologist, Meawhile her Uric Acid is high , she should reduce protein intake (Daal and Goosht ).. She should also take Vit.D supplements
She should also go for Cupping therapy which is a very effective Islamic treatment .

Assalam o alaikum, vitamin D replacement should be given, as far as backache is concerned I will recommend hijama therpy
