Itna high BP ho tow bhi chakar atty hain. Is Bp k sath foran aik ECG repeat karni chahiyae aur BP lowering drugs emergency k andar rehty howe denay chahiayen with BP monitoring.
Essay ziyada BP ho like 230 uper wala tow kabhi bhi dair na karain aur foran kisi achy hospital ki Emergency lay k jayen.

With single BP reading rising to higher than 180 mmhg ,there is a chance of developing condition called hypertensive encephalopathy. Her BP monitoring is mandatory ,in addition please check her limb movements. Does she feel weakness in any of her limb? Respected Sir! She needs detailed evaluation.
