I have sever mouth sores ulternately since 3 to 4 years I have used several medications of stomach as well as oral gel but every treatment is temporary please guide me. Any medication?

and how regularly have you been taking folic acid and pregnovit ?

I have used pregnovit for 1 month and now I am using floic acid 1 tablet daily and sores color is white and some cuts in both sides of toung

alright.
1.Avoid spicy food, use Listerine Mouthwash and brush every night regularly (soft brush)
2. Use iberetFolic 500 mg, it has folic acid and iron both. 1 everyday before breakfast.
3. somogel on the sores twice a day
if problem continues, let me know.

Mouth ulcers are common. but in your case as you say it has been a problem for 3 to 4 years you need to take it seriously. Get them evaluated by some near by general practitioner.
Main reasons for mouth ulcers are:
.Stomach acidity
.Tension/anxiety
if you have these problems its a good idea to solve these problems. and hopefully your mouth ulcers will go away too.
