As it is degenerativ disc disease n it is causing pressure effects as well as pain it cause so firstly medication prescribed such as ibuprofen n aspirin whicg relief pain refuce inflamation n for muscle spasm physiotheraly recommended and for severe pain steroid shots are used to ease pain if not relived from medical treatment then surgery can be done like discetomy

What are your complaints? MRI shows disc bulge and that could lead to compression of nerves but your age is only 36 which is early for these changes. It seems like you are suffering from myospasm back muscles and neuropathic pain concurrently. You may probably be feeling pain in your legs too. For myospasm, take a mild muscle relaxant like Tab Nuberol Forte 1 tab at night and for neuropathic pain, take Cap Gabica 75 mg at night and reduce it to 50mg after 1 week. Wait and see. Thanks.
