Asking for Self, Male, 20 years old, lahore
my right side of nose is blocked recently for a past week and also green mucus in back of throat for past 2 days.I also have excessive mucus in back of my throat and nose.sometimes i feel urge to itch my eyes also my eyes are little red. whst could be the problem be?

You should use
Tab montika 10mg at bed time
For eye itching you should use
Exocin drops
1 drops 2 time

these both r allergic issues
take tab bastin 1+1+1 for 3days then 1+0+1 for2 days ok
take syp acefyl resp 2tsf twice a day
take plain water steam twice daily
use licorice(malathi) ginger tea twice daily
avoid cold n sour eatables
your history needs to be evaluated more.do you have any fever?or history of asthma?do you smoke?it feels like infection as sputum is green bt need more questions to be answered,so better to make an appointment for complete evaluation..
With this limited history and without examination, one can think of allergic reaction of eyes and upper respiratory track or throat infection.
If you have any known allergy history, try to avoid that allergen, frequently wash eyes with cold water which will give you relief, use any artificial tears 3 drops ebery 4 hourly, and tab rigix 10 mg at night.
The green sputum indicates a bacterial infection of upper airway so start tab cefiget 400mg once daily for 5 days.
It would be a good idea to avoid contact with others
It implies a bacterial infection in most cases, hence the rationale for using antibiotic cefiget

use hivate nasal spray twice a day in both nostrils and start taking tablet lorin NSA once daily for 10 days .. for eyes u can use bracin D eye drops 2 drops in each eye twice a day and alsi strt capsule macrobac 250mg twice a day for 3 days .. syp dr koff 2tsf three times a day

Asalamualikum it seems as if you have sinusitis as you have blocked nose and red eyes do you have headache...and what about fever???
Get your Covid test done if possible. Isolate yourself. Meanwhile take supportive therapy as advised by fellow doctors.
wash your eyes with clean drinking water
di salt water gargle
if no associated fever...then dont take antibiotics..
fir blocked nose take regular steam ...
do this for a few days ...if still problem persists then take an appointment thru marham fir detailed prescription.
