Asking For Self, Male, 30 Years old, Karachi
I was a very active and sporty kid back in the day and I notice this boney bump below my left knee cap during this time. But I never really paid attention to it. It just stayed that way; a small boney bump. Now, this bump has started to swell up and causes a little bit of pain every time I go down to prostrate or get back up from my sujood. It’s not a lot of pain but a teasing pain nevertheless. I have been reading up and it appears that it could be Osgood-Schlatter disease that I might have developed during my sporting youth, and it appears that grown in size because I never got it checked or never tended to it. Can someone please recommend next steps? I know I should get it checked by physiotherapist or something but any professional help before hand would help.
