You have typical pulsating hemicranial headache.
Can you tell me total duration of your headache. Does headache is accompanied by any symptoms like Nauseated feeling, Vomiting, blurry vision, Tachycardia, low mood.
Does taking rest in cold calm place Releive your headache.
Does Light, noise, Decrease sleep, not taking meal at time increases your headache.
Does you have dyspepsia issues.
Do you have sleep issues and not feeling good in morning after taking sleep at night.

since when are you feeling headache ? any nausea ? any pain wprsen in bright light or noise ? how much sleep do you have
go for neurologist
after we rule out migraine we should get the HB of the patient checked
correct your HB upto 12 mg/dl
take iron supplements for 3 months & take a multivitamin supplement daily also , take painkillers for time being but not on regular basis
