Feeling pain since 3 months at Left side upper part of abdomen,chest and in ribs... the pain on and off.. abdominal distension, gases, persistent cough, just feel itching in throat and start coughing, sometimes shortness of breath, tiredness, ECG, CHEST X RAY NORMAL, CBC, ESR also normal...
