aoa. i am having pain in my right leg from hip to leg. pain is very mild but disturbs me...pain is not constant. it occurs sometimes usually in evening time and goes away after sleeping. pl. suggest. should i take vit.d3 and cal. ? if yes, then dosage pls. also,i dont take milk.

seems like pain is in flash not in bones. very mild.. sometimes in hip area and sometimes above knee area. i can offer prayer without any problem and pain
and pain remain as is, even if walking or sitting.
its not increasing, nor sharp

u can take calcium and vit D.
take calci 1000 sachet 1 daily for a month
take inj D drop ..one ampoule to b addaed in a glass of milk....only one ampoule would be enough ...
for pain: u can take tab nuberol bd for 3 days..
it will help u.

thanks doc.
mam, another doc here told me to take atleast 3 or 6 ampules, once every week. should i take 1 or 3? and is there any side effects?
and can i take cal-D chew tabs. instead of sachet?

u can take any calcium and vit D supplement..u like...
one ampoule would be enough. ..u can take more with a gap of 1-2 weeks ..no harm..upto 4 ampoules..

pain starts suddenly but its very mild,i can easily bear without tablet but its uncomfortable.
it doesn't increase on walking

tough, slight pain is there sometimes near hip side NOT at central back bone area.

It’s not necessary that back pain also occurs. It can cause leg pain only. Vit and calcium def causes multiple bone pains not in single leg. It’s not deficiency. You need evaluation
