One thing we have to treat u or ur friends if unfortunately anyone is sick and not the investigations. It looks like an investigation error so repeat the test

Better get the test done again

It occurs traumaticly or etda antibodies reaction..to avoid platelets clumps use anticoagulant, sodium acid citrate.

please DO NOT use any anticoagulants or sodium citrate. platelets seen in clumps on CBC are not a problem.
