Rule out tuberculosis.
This report shows that active infection is almost over.for line of treatment/management patient’s current situation/symptoms shuld be mentioned
need detailed history... history of TB or TB contact. Any cough sputum dyspnea fever? Take appointment for detailed evaluation.
According to this HRCT report ur mother might be have some chronic inflametry lungs disease. Consult with pulmonologist for further evaluation, she might have TB also. Give her balanced diet properly.
is there previous history of T.B ;sputum having blood weight loss?

for further management detailed history and other investigations are needed.
extensive fibrosis with bulla formation is suggestive of previous chronic interstitial lung disease, may be pulmonary TB. And there is also ground glass appearance which is suggestive of covid infection. Her prognosis will be relied her oxygen saturation and proper functioning of cardiovascular system.

As the HRCT report shows that this condition is chronic and not because of covid.your mother covid exaggerated due to this prior lung condition. Strong suspicion of Pulmonary Tuberculosis, get her workup done for tuberculosis.
