First image shows the start of the wart under his foot with pain almost a month ago, He used duofilm suggested by someone but nothing happened.. Then used corn plasters and soak foot in hot water and also cut it by himself with the help of Nail cutter as someone suggested. First it shows like its getting better but not fully recovered. Second image shows the recent situation of the wart on his foot and he's feeling too much pain today. Please suggest the best treatment for this wart. Thanks in advance.
This might need cryotherapy. Please see a dermatologist for further treatment
please go for electrical cauterisation for that wart .it's deeply so better to cauterisation at private clinic or hospital and also jpmc hospital Karachi facilities available

i will suggest you not to go to dermatologist. A surgeon can cut these warts and you will be ok.

this seems like a case of Psoriasis
use a moisturizer regularly
sunlight helps ease this condition
Calcibet ointment , apply very thin film twice a day, when it's under control apply once daily before going to bed
this will control it but this condition is recurring if u stop the treatment
avoid smoking, alcohol, keep weight under control, avoid stress
whatever this has happened but why u cut it urself.
In first image it was just need to apply Corn cap and recovered within 10-15 days, but now after cutting skin wash with Pedicare lotion, dry completly, apply fusidic cream heavy amount, it will absorb, apply bandage, rest atleast one day, dont put pressure on foot.
Keep the damaged wart dry, it is needed.
After that consult dermatologist for further treatment.

It got infected with your surgery with Nail cutter..kindly never do that again..get an opinion from skin specialist..he may need oral antibiotics and topical ointments with Painkillers..

Kindly, visit a nearby dermatology setup and undergo cauterization. The wart can also be removed via medicines.
Aslam o alikum. Dear you must not had use such nail cutter thing. Secondly please now it's open so please don't make it wet again and again. Also please use advantan cream +lignocan cream, mix and apply sbha sham.
If both remedies of use of biofilm and use corn plaster have failed cutting by himself is not justified . Consult a surgeon for proper surgery. It most probably has not been removed proper.ly
The patient has caused infection now by cutting and manipulating it start using antibiotics now like Augmentin, a painkiller like caflam and visit to dermatologist
