Talk to General Practitioner on Safe Blood Sugar Levels For Diabetic?

If a sugar patient age 55 who is taking Galvus met 50/500 and empaa 10mg now (before amyrl 1/500 was also added) for type 2 diabetes . And is physically active and have been through 2 episodes of hypoglycemia what should be safe blood sugar levels for him after 2 hours of eating? Is 112 safe or should he keeps his blood sugar between 140 to 150? And what blood sugar level is safe for him before sleeping. Please guide.

blood sugar level below 65 is hypoglycemia.
above at any level is normal not hypoglycemia.
It safe . No problem
its normal and good control . but make sure dnt go in hypoglycemic state. dose should adjust if hypoglycemic episodes occured .
proper monitore Blood glucose level before and after every meal till dose adjust.
