Raat ko so Jane ki wja se men urine nai krsaka kch din jiski wja se Mera scrotum Thora Thora jalan krne lga jisme baad mjhe aisa lgta hai jese k right side testes Thora bhari bhari SA hai Jo k uncomfortable kr rhaa tha mjhe to antibiotic kch din khane k baad kafi farq agaya Lekin kch din baad abhi phr se scrotum uncomfortable feel horaha hai to kindly guide me what remedies I can do in home or any good suggestion.Allah ap ko hamesha salamat rakhe

یاد رکھیں کہ پیشاب روکنے کا scrotal swelling کا کوئی تعلق نہیں۔
عام طور پراس سوجن یا اکڑاوء کا تعلق اس کے درجہ حرارت سے ہے۔ اگر سردیوں کا موسم ہو تو ہمیں اپنے کپورے اکڑے اور سوجے ہوئے محسوس ہوتے ہیں جبکہ گرمی میں لٹکے اور دبلے ہوتے ہیں ۔ گرمیوں میں اے سی کی وجہ سردیوں والا ماحول میسر ہوتا ہے۔ درد کی وجوہات میں tight کپڑے اور طویل سفر وغیرہ ہو سکتا ہے۔
اگر ان تمام باتوں میں وجوہات نہیں ہیں تو کسی سرجن سے رابطہ کرنا چاہیے۔

Diagnosis is Epididymis orchitis, Take denzam ds in bd for 5 days tab novidet 500 mg in bd 5 days take nuberole forte bd 5 day , citro soda in od for 5 days also USG kub pelvis and scortal with blood workup and scortal support .
