you need to have complete check up with lab investigations. MRI Of brain etc.
hello, the complaints you mentioned shows that you are having headache that is most likely towards tention headache or it can be a migraine.
first of all you have to evaluate your trigging agents.
eliminate that source e. g stress, caffeine any allergy, sleep pattern .
then come towards medication
take tab sumatac 1 tablet at night
tab N/forte 1+1+1
cap risek 1 daily half hour before breakfast
cap gabica 50mg 1+1.
use these medication for atleast 7days and try to eliminate your source of headache!
use less caffeine
improve your sleep cycle
treat if you raised BP. record your BP daily for 7days and make a chart.
follow up after 7days.

there are multiple reasons for headache. blood pressure is one of them. i would suggest you get yourself --examined properly by any top notch neuro surgeon or medical specialist .
