thanks for query...kindly massage your shoulder with voltral emulgel 2% and keep your shoulder warm after applying the gel..its better if u apply at bed time
inshaAllah your pain will get better but if not and you also feel restricted movement at joint then go for x-ray of shoulder joint

do get appointment from orthopedic to rule out either it is pain due to muscular injury or bone injury or neurological pain.. he will classified according to reports and x.ray and history etc. so go to any good orthopedic.
