As Salam Alaykum. Based upon my experience a person who is very dehydrated can experience this kind of symptom because in the hot weather the body responds by releasing sweat but since a person is dehydrated it is unable to do so efficiently, so when you drink water it is immediately used up by sweatglands. So i would say its nothing to worry about just drink enough water and make sure it isnt too cold. Hope this helps and if lethargic add ORS solution to it
please keep s record of your temperature, pulse rate and blood pressure. do some labs like CBC,Thyroid function tests,RBS,URINE R/E
