Talk to General Practitioner on Skin Tear Between Buttcheeks Above Anus
Asking for Self, Male, 28 years old, Faisalabad
I started having itching between my buttcheeks and later on I discovered that the skin had a torn like a cut and that flesh under the was visible. I've been cleaning it with dettol but it seems to be spreading. The issue being in such an embarrassing place, I'm bot sure who to ask for help or who to go to.

don't use dettol, sit in a hot water tub(lukewarm) 2 time daily, don't use woolen or nylon under clothing, use cotton undergarments. apply Lamisil cream 2 time daily. if not better in few days then consult skin sp

You need to consult a general surgeon. Meanwhile use Sitz bath. Take 8 glasses of water , Eat alot of fruits and high fiber diet.
