it started 1 year back when I visited Saudia. all the time feelings of stuck phlegm I'm restless all the time due to this condition . is it allergic , viral or bacterial ???

no cough no fever just feelings of speutum or chest congestion

Ok nothing to worry about, just take anti allergic (softin-F 120 mg once daily at night for 5 days) and take steam (it usually liquify sputum and helps relieving congestion) and do gargles with normal saline or by mixing salt in water, also get ur chest x ray done and show me afterwards.

I don't have cough just feelings of excessive sputum stuck in my throat .
And irritation in my throat.
