I am suffering in spinal cord problem for last 3 years,I have stiffness in my lumbar section of spinal cord,,I want to know which doctor suits me well,,though i have visited many ones but still nothing better please guide me neurologist or orthopaedics which one suits me??

movax tab. 4mg thrice a day
GABIX 300mg twice a day
do warm oil massage, hot bath, physical therapy, use orthopedic mattress for rest, dont bend down, keep hot water bag under ur back if possible.
for ur consultancy neuro physician will be best option.

thank you very much,I have visited many neurologists, some recommended evion 400 while others recommended gabica 75 to 150 mg,,still suffering the stiffness and unable to walk

Gabica is same as GABIX, only dosage difference, keep usibg Evion thats also good.
It will take 7-10 days to recover with proper medication and hot tharapy.
Keep an aye on shoes, dont wear high sole and wedge type shoes, only flat and comfortable one should wear. shoes put main affect on backbone pain.

During these 3 years,, have u done any Xray lumbo sacral?? What's your occupational and past history related to backache? Any issue in walking running sitting etc?

I'm retired navy personnel,I have visited at least 6 neurologists,have taken all taken all the medicine that they recommended,still I'm unable to walk like normal person,and yes I have x-ray reports and MRI scans I will upload these reports

If u have visited multiple neurologists,, then you have taken vitamin D, calcium and B complex supplements for sure. In spite of this you have back ache and difficulty in movement, there are other symptoms missing linked with your main issue you have to explain. And yes kindly post your multiple xrays reports alongwith prescriptions plz
