Swollen Lymph Nodes

Question

From March, my husband has swollen lymph nodes behind his neck, on the collarline. They usually come and go. When they are very big, then he feels pain while doing salam in prayers, otherwise he doesn’t feel any pain. Since last week, there is a lump in his right armpit. Why is he having these? Also which doctor to consult? He is overweight and his bmi is also 36.5.

he needs to see any general physician for physical examination..
meanwhile he needs to reduce his BMI by following healthy lifestyle.
in case of any family history related to tuberculosis and tumors , do tell this to your physician when u go.
may require lymph node biopsy for final diagnosis
