Based on your description, It's most probably a condition called "varicocele" in which veins are testicles are engorged and visible. You need to get your examination done by a urologist or general surgeon ASAP

Is there any swelling? When did the pain started? Do you feel better when you elevate testes? Is there any fever and tenderness?
It may be a varicocele. You should be seeing a general surgeon /urologist.
