dear doctors. my wife was a hyper thyroid patient before delivery. she took neumercazole. when got pregnant her thyroid issue was resolved and doctor discontinued the medicine. now after 5 months of her delivery, we took the tests again. kindly check and suggest the actions. thanks

For how long she's hyperthyroid? TSH is slightly on lower side..T3 T4 are normal.. Is she symptomatic??

she was diagnosed after our wedding in december 2017. in may 2020 during pregnancy reports were normal and doctor stopped all medications. there are no visible symptoms now

Okay then no need to worry..repeat the reports after 3 months.. Tilk then look for any symptoms of hyperthyroidism if present i-e diarrohea, insomina, extra sweating, heat intolerance etc.

it is again falling in hyperthyroidism range
she has to continue the medication again
its normal.report no need to worry.Repeat this after 3 mnth to see any change in its value
Is there any symptoms to the patient like inc heart beat,shivering,high blood pressure or diarrhea or cnstipation.

The thyroid profile seems to be within normal limits except for TSH, which is on the lower side. Observe symptoms n repeat labs after a month or earlier if patient becomes symptomatic and schedule an appointment with ur endocrinologist with that.
in the present profile of thyroid she has hyperthyroid so continue the medicine.
you are also advised to consult an ENT specialist to examine her thyroid.
Reports are normal except TSH in a bit lower side but dont need to worry and no need to start medications again right now.Repeat Thyroid profile after 6 weeks.

Just keep thyroid function tests in check. Repeat after 3 months. It is very likely that she had transient hyperthyroidism that occurs after a viral infection. At present this report is normal. Sometimes if you have transient hyperthyroidism after a viral infection after being normal for a few months you might get hypothyroid. So to just keep in check repeat thyroid function tests after 3 months.

TSH value is slightly low than normal range while others normal ..you should consult about dose adjustment for thyroid Problem from your primary doctor who prescribed this medicine ...
