You could share what you eat in a day with a dietician and get a plan for yourself from them. Also, incorporating some kind of daily 30minutes exercise could help you too. Consistent effort is key to loose weight and eating boiled, steamed and grilled foods would be better than fried items. What else do you think would help you?

Hello..!! Well, you need to tell more about your routine, nature of work and diet.. You may reduce your weight but not just by walk.. For how long u have this much weight?? any other underlying condition?? Like thyroid??

It's good that you are not having comorbids
but get your lipid profile and HbA1C checked.
Most important is your feed , timings of feed and what kind of exercise preferably aerobics you are doing. Walking is aerobic, is it fast walking.
