reduce intake of red meat, fast food. take plenty of fruits & veges. walk briskly fr 2 km daily or on alternate days. at this stage no medication. test again after 2 months

Diet restriction only if no other comorbidities
you have not mentioned the main disease. For high Lipids TG start the bellow medicines.
Tab Ruvista 10mg/day
Tab Ascard 75mg/day
please take plenty of plane water 2-3 litres a day and daily walk 3km. Avoid fat foods and sugar.
