Mujhay 1 month say on and off fever hay. 29th Aug ko emergency main gai to Dr nay augmentin di us k 10 din tak fever nahi hua phir ab bohat shadeed hogaya hay aaj me nay typhoid test karwaya. Jo me nay pehlay bhi karwaya tha kuch sal pehlay jis may positive aay tha same test..aaj dr k pas new but same kind of test lay ker gai hun to general physician kehrahi Hay k ye typhoid fever nahi hay.kia karon... typhoid preliminary screening test karwaya hay, jo positive aya hay.

Fever kasay ata hy daily ata hy ya ek 48 hour baas ata hy ya 72 hour baad ata hy... ya dupair ko shoro hota hy aur sham thak ziyada hojata hy... fever khatam b hota hy ya thora thora har vaqt hota hy? iskat sath baqi kya masla hy, pait maay dard, karwa pani ana, hadio maay drd ya phir joro maay drd hota hy k nahi, kansi hy k nahi, chotay peshab maay jalan ya ziyada ana bar bar ana hy k nahi? bukhar k sath sardi aur kapkapi hoti hy k nahi? allergy hy k nahi? gala kharab hota hy k nahi? pait ka khanay k baad polna, ya maiday ka jalna hy k nahi?
You should do blood cultures first these are the standard tests for typhoid..and iv antibiotics should be started...and you should wait for culture reports till then.. antibiotics can then be changed according to sensitivity..
Pls get yourself checked by a worthy clinician in person to rule out the cause...this would require a thourough history and examination first before jumping to investigation and diagnosis.
First fresh Cbc with Esr and blood culture ....koi aur specific symptoms ?duration of fever and when it starts morning or evening?any complaint of breathlessness or coughing?

Please get these tests done asap
1. CBC
2. Blood culture for typhoid
3. ESR
Start antibiotics IV , after giving blood sample for Typhoid Blood Culture . And get checked by a physician thoroughly, it can be something else .
