meri wife k kandhoon pe our back neck se thora neechay kafi pain hota hy ..our maida ki dard ya phir isi waja se seene men bhi pain hone lag jata hy..kia waja ho sakty hy our konsay specialist dr ko check karana chahiye...
Uol walooon ne ye test likh k diye kafi mehngay hen ye kis lia hen....

Please have ultrasound also, maybe she is having Gall bladder (Peita ka dard pathri ke waja se ho) stones. Please consult the General physician for this.

upper back pain maybe because of poor posture or muscle overuse... place a pillow between the legs while sleeping on side..
only vit D test is expensive..its to check her bones.
hoylori test is to check her acidity cause.
get her complete checkup from general physician.
