It reveals ischemic changes which means that some parts of the brain are receiving less blood than normal and this is associated with her age in the MRI test. I would still recommend a fasting blood sugar and lipid profile for your grandmother.
I may have a few questions of my own.
1. Is your grandmother usually sitting most of the day or is she active?
2. What's her normal diet?

I also think fasting blood sugar lipid profile should be done ..these MRI changes should be correlated with xamination so show her to Dr.
