White Tongue Bad Breath Chronic

Question

My problem is my tongue is white from last 3 years did all tests of all body each and every doctors i went in pakistan but very disappointed to say they wouldn\'t able to find the disease which i m suffering from last 3 years bad breath nose inflammation white yellow tongue. Used antibiotics antifungal anti allergy medications but symptoms are still there any able doctor here plz kindly guide me include test which should i hve to perform.
I did almost all my blood tests body fluid test and even brain MRI with contrast everything is perfect but disease is still present.

Urine c/e normal culture normal
TSH normal
stool exam and culture normal
Epstein barr virus 58.2 igg positive
HSV 1&2 Negative
blood film perfect
anti ttg normal
a lot of other tests are normal
lft etc normal
