surgery is always required for a proper diagnosis and relief of symptoms. Further treatment regarding radiation will be decided afterwards.

surgery may help his symptoms it will give diagnosis and further treatment
planning after operation and pathology /biopsy report.
If the surgery is high risk, brain tumor which is 4.0 cms in size can be treated with radio-surgery ( gamma knife ), the facility is available at Karachi. If gamma knife is also not possible then the tumor can be managed palliatively with Radiotherapy (IMRT),
