True, but you have flu like symptoms, loss of sense of smell, and some loss of taste. The concern is for possible COVID, thus would get tested and would self isolate until the result.

this is common flu , because u can taste , suger, salt n lemon , common flu also required precautions , coz in this pandemic a common sickness also response as serious illness , you can cover this issue , by boasting your immunity , eat healthy
have
soups , mutton or chicken
dry fruits
boiled eggs
salads
fish
black chanay (best immune booster)
drink green tea with lemon
have fresh fruits
strictly avoid cold drinks
follow the instructions , you will be fine soon, In Shaa Allah.
