For a week i have been noticing that a strange small lump has been emerged on my chest in center a little to right. Its under the skin and is hard when i touch. Sometime i feel pain when i touch it a lot. Can you tell me what might be the problem?

most likely it's sbacous cyst it's painful which shows that it needs treamnt. consult to surgeon available and get it out and Che I it from laboratory. nothing to worry inshallha
