Adhesion are not avoidable after surgery ,but not all patient s have adhesions,and all patients who have adhesion do not have the bowel obstruction. All bowel obstruction don’t need surgery,there is no method to prevent it but minimal access surgery has less adhesions than open surgery,it’s is inevitable and treatable

It depends on type of surgery done and secondly all patient who have obstruction do not need surgery,adhesions and obstruction are different,it can partially obstruction ,sub acute or complete,all can be managed differently

G, these are not uncommon, most of the times independent risk after surgery, these can cause bowel obstruction we need to have a work up for abdominal tuberculosis
