Hi I've skin tag at anal area from 1.5 or 2 years. And my anus get swollen every time I pee. It doesn't cause bleeding but it causes itching and discomfort too much. I also have a lot of white vaginal discharge. Kindly help with it. Is there any issue?

skin tage may be secondary to anal fissure .
1- Avoid straining during passing stools
2- Take more vegetables +fruit to keep stools soft
3- Avoid routine use of laxative medicines like duphlac / lilac etc as they are habit forming
4- Before passing stools apply LIGNOCAIN OINTMENT OR OLIVE OIL with finger to open and soften the anal passage and ease out the stools . Then wash with water .Don't use tissues .
4. After it re apply lignocain or olive oil inside with gental pressure inside anal cushions .

I've constipation all the time. I pass 2 or 3 days without stool. And when it happens if hurts alot. Stool without straining is not possible at the moment. But I'll consider your treatment thankyou!
