Asking For Self, Male 60, kharan
2 years ago my father was suffering from Annal fissure, which was diagnosed by general surgeon. After that Dr recommended a Diltiazem 2% cream. My father used that for 2 months and got relax from this disease. Now again this issue has come and father is using Diltiazem cream but not getting well.

its a non healing chronic anal fissure...medical treatment will not be work on it.He need s a proper physical examination and surgical treatment plan accordingly
