there are many surgeons but variable costs ranging from free from civil hospital to around 1.5 lac rupees. it also depends on patient condition if the patiwnt is old and sick it can have complication you need to show him to a general surgeon so all of this can be decided. which area of karachi do you live.

Sir I am from quetta basically and want surgery after 1st July, in bw 50k to 80k. patient age is 27, and stable, stone is reported 5 times at different times ultra sounds findings.

before surgery you need two things investigation to know status of your disease and whether you are fit for anesthesia. the reports should not be more than one week old. bring these reports when you come to karachi so that you can get early date of surgery
Complete blood picture,
urea creatinine and electrolytes
liver function test
hep b and C test
random blood sugar
all above for fitness and remember not more than a week old
also get a fresh ultrasound upper abdomen

the cost at moderate center rangers from 45,000 till 70,000 . you can contact any of the surgeons but do get the tests done so as to save time. if you want to get operated by me you can come to patel hospital on Tuesday or Friday from 5 to 6pm with all labs.
