Asa. Dip the heel in water with pyodine in it twice a day for 10-15 minutes. Gradually it will heal.

assalam o alaikum, ask the dresser to do dressing of unripe papaya( crushed ) for 2 - 3 days then use pyodine gell dressing afterwards, hopefully it will heal.

Salam
It is a clean wound. Does not need pyodene.
Ask the dresser to clean the wound with copious amount of normal saline and dress with sufratule and gauze. Due to the large size of wound, it will take longer for skin around the wound to grow and cover it. One option is to keep doing the dressing. Another option is a skin graft, however, the heel is not a good site for graft take-up.
best wishes

It’s a non infected bed sore...it doesn’t require antibiotics...continue with dressing...during dressing ask the nursing to wash it with Normal Saline then do dressing with Duderm...another important thing is to nurses the patient on air mattress, keep water pads under the heals and change posture after every 30-40 min...after COVID crises once the OPD opens up do consult a plastic surgeon for closure as it will require a flap/graft coverage
