bile duct ya pancreatic stones ki causes hoti hain.. gall bladder remove krny sy major source remove hota hai.. risk nai khatm hota.. but risk minimal hota hai

It depends... If there are retained stones then it can happen.. But usg usually gives an idea abt the bile duct stones before surgery..
Bile stones can occur in the 2 way..
1 form can occur due to slipped gall bladder stones..
If occurs before 2 yrs after surgery, then most likely retained gall bladder stones..
After 2 yrs of surgery, these are stones of bile duct itself..
2nd can form in the bile duct itself..

stone does not originate from Bile duct, but an akready slipped stone could cause all above problems. A stone that before cholecystectomy has gone into bile duct is a slipped stone, and that if not known before/cuasing symptoms, can do all above.

bile duct is checked before, or if checked during surgery,,and found having stine in it,it is not treated there and then, after operation ERCP is done.

Small risk hta hai bile duct mein stone form hne ka. Stone complications kr skta jaisey infection ya pancreatitis. Bht thoray aise patients hte jin mein prevent kr skte otherwise no.
Bht small group hta patients ka jin mein Kuch blood disorders etc hte unmein prevention strategies hte. Otherwise koe prevention nahe hai.
If there are stones in the bile duct then please get them removed before they cause complications.
