My father had an accident 5 years back..he was operated for patellar surgery but after some months he noticed black spots on medial side of lower leg and it spread out over leg now half of the lower leg is black...his report are below..plz tell me about treatment options

Asa. Your father has vericose veins. Due to high pressure of blood in them the blood collects under the skin that is why it appears black. Treatment is surgery.

If suspected DVT then surgery can’t be advised at the moment only conservative management needed.
Need your more symptoms, history and clinically diagnosis the actual reasons so better is to take appointment through marham for proper treatment
And no need to go for surgery
