U got mamary fistula Stop lactation and visit surgeon
itching is a normal phenomenon during healing of wound.. so itching mean its healing now..
and oozing of some milk occurs as small milk ducts are damaged during InD so mammary fistula forms which will close by itself with time
.. if still u are worried about it u can get it checked by me
yes surgeon is needed....cause incision of lactating breast is a decesion to be made by surgeon ...before that aspiration under ultrasound is needed.... now the problem is milk fistula ...milk supression is required....either u consult me or any other surgeon things will be managed
Itching is normal when wound become healed a milk like spot shows a damage of mammary duct which will heal automatically if you are so conscious than consult to surgeon I am from Islamabad
Better comsult surgeon let Him/her examine
itching is not issue
wash it properly and dressing once daily not 2 times if no pus or exudate is coming.
start tab brotin 5mg daily for 2weeks
milk is coming out of wound .u need to take medicin to stop lactation
wa alaikum assalam, itching is normal,
but milk is coming through the wound it needs suppression and will stop in some time, need to consult a surgeon for proper management.
Consult a surgeon
Itching is a sign of wound healing dont worry.. just keep on doing daily dressing.. consult a general surgeon.. if he prescribe you some antibiotic or aspiration after detailed exam.. and keep on feeding from affected breast
Its normal healing process, itching is due to contraction of wound and discharge, u can moisture surrounding skin with any natural oil or vaseline, if there us rash on skin, then it should be checked by specialist
