Possibly anal fissure. use GTN ointment, apply at anal area twice daily. Xylocail gel, inser in anus 10 min before defication. Use high fiber diet. drink more water. Syp Duphalac if constipation.

this is called sentinel pile. this is not an issue. when fissure will heal, this will remain as small skin tag.

like high fiber diet and sitz bath
logel LA in morning and evening
GTN 0.2% in late night
take tab nuberol forte 1X BD for 7 days
syrup creamaffin 2TSF ×BD for three days
